PIZZA MADE FROM PLANTS!

 

Bolina Pizza was born out of frustration with the readily available vegan pizzas on the market. So many of these pizzas are highly processed instead of using real, tasty ingredients. We wanted vegan pizza options that are clean and healthy, not just remakes of regular meat and cheese pizzas. We believe that eating plant-based doesn’t have to involve meat and cheese substitutes. Eating plant-based doesn’t mean remaking traditional pizzas, it means getting creative and making plants delicious. Each Bolina recipe was developed to be unique and fit a distinct flavor profile. Vegan doesn’t have to mean boring!

We use the best ingredients by sourcing locally, then Texas, then the US. Our only imported ingredients are organic olive oils and balsamic vinegars, which we procure from Con’Olio, an Austin importer who has all of their products tested and vetted for quality before they are imported. We use King Arthur flour to make our dough; no bleach, bromate-free, non-GMO. We are proud to use Bianco DiNapoli organic tomatoes for our sauces. In addition, we make sure all of our other supporting ingredients like our cooking oils are non-GMO. We want you to have the highest quality, best tasting pizza you can make at home. A frozen pizza doesn’t have to taste like one!

Our team is the heart of what we do. Our work family is strong, smart, talented and dedicated. It’s a privilege we have been able to grow together as Bola Pizza has gone through ups and downs and launch Bolina Pizza. Honor is an overused word these days, however I am honored to work with some of the very best people I have ever known in our kitchen and outside of it. We know our team extends beyond our kitchen to our customers, suppliers, in store supporters and anyone who has ever lent us a hand. I love y’all! 🌱🍕❤️
